After a short survey you get a fully itemised written quote. The figure you accept is the figure you pay - no day-rate drift, no discovering halfway through that it needs another chunk of kit.
Hardware at cost, no markup
You see the supplier invoice. There is no margin buried in the hardware, which is why nobody here needs to tell you your switch is failing when it is not. I earn on the work, not the kit.
No VAT to add
Coastal Connectivity is not VAT registered, so there is nothing added on top - a genuine saving against a VAT-registered installer.
You are not locked to me
Everything is labelled, tested and documented, and handover includes controller access. If you want to move to another provider, you can.
